And even if you were prepared to - why would you do it through the capital raise that treats you like a second class citizen to the sophisticated investors and not on market at a price less than the company is offering you.
Sends a clear message to the board if they can't raise the $2 million through the SPP, especially after getting numerous requests for clarification why the retail investors weren't offered options.
