Great result for shareholders! Shows it always counts to vote. I will be interested to see the final numbers.
Everyone's thoughts on management remaining? I don't think dumping them instantly is smart but a smooth transition is required. They backed the capital raising very strongly as the only option. If they don't believe in shareholders strategy how can they implement it???
I think the CEO will stay on to collect his €4mil+ a year and use the vaccine as the reason for the down vote rather than poor strategy.
