Thre's is no legal mess with Wirecard, the administrators will be driving this deal for creditors and it's just the assets, clients etc. that will be purchased.
No doubt the wholesale clients and the issuing card platforms providers will be on board with the deal to keep things ticking over and business as usual. No doubt we will see the accretive nature over this deal flow through over the next 12 months.
This is a new deal is on top of the current partnership with CBKC in the US, so things have changed pretty quickly, to be honest.
It will take a bit for the market to fully digest the significance of this deal to CCA moving forward.
Still some old investors to clear off the register from the old management, but it will happen as the company grows.
