Capital Raise......Going it alone, page-130

I am in the Capital raising business and today many have asked me what do I think of this offer. I think its a little on the generous side but, being a broker, I have no quibble with that as I subscribe to my unofficial broker's hymn as written by Mark Knopfler

"That ain't workin', that's the way you do it
Get your money for nothin', get your chicks for free"

I suspect the offer is already well oversubscribed already.

It may show the Board's lack of confidence in handling financial matters. Hopefully it is not a reflection of their own doubts on what we may have under the ground. I doubt that for what I sense is an urgency to get the whole project moving.

The real key is we now have our own Board of really good oil and gas experts having the certainty to test our two major targets without having to keep worrying about finding money. They can focus their experience and skills where it really counts.
Remember the major lesson from 88E after Paul Basinski died. 88E lost focus. PB never would have left Icewine as the key target area and now we know the oil was there all the time. He was right.
