    is it "legally" ok to make now price sensitive announcements DURING a CR procedure, or are there some lag phases (like having to wait at least until offer closure or so) which have to be kept for company-driven news releases? (a gazette released by Zimbabwe is a different story though). Any knowledge here in the room from former/other CRs?
