it's too cheap.
Its also telling us that the company's that were apparently farming in didn't offer alot or offered alot but wanted to much of the pie
Big risk now for the company and one I'm not in favour of taking, reducing the risk should've been paramount here, I would've been happy to retain 30% and pay a 3rd of the drilling cost, but that's me, others will differ and that's fine
I won't top up, would've if a partner was taken
