If sophs / 501's can't see positive investor sentiment that they can sell in to then they won't risk the investment.
Possibly more notes from the likes of Lind, but i would imagine far worse conditions due to minimal interest and higher risk given global conditions.
I hate to think of how many shares would have to be issued to maintain this co for 6 months to a year, doubling of SOI is not out of the question imo.
How low will it go before the TH, and the issue price we will have to waot for. Hopefully not under 1c, that will cause SP to sink like a stone.
