Is it a common occurrence to require a capital raise while ongoing monthly dilution occurs via con note?
Bit of a double whammy. Not a good look and hugely dilutive to shareholders.
A quick internet search reveals the reality of death spiral financing. One source claiming a majority of stocks fall 98% or more.
Is there an entity that would consider a position here, and how extreme would the discount and conditions have to be to make the risk tolerable?
