You can't claim damages via a lien.
Damages require a court to decide who has been damaged and by how much.
A lien is a type of encumbrance which allows someone who has not been paid for services rendered. The lien is discharged on payment......worst case for FAR hand over 3 D IMO. Lodging a false lien can get you into all sorts of trouble.
