I did read your post (and I sighed).
From memory you implied/said that all of FAR's assets (not just $15m) were effectively frozen. Which is complete twaddle and also mischievous and misleading.

With regard to the difference between what CAP have recently announced re DJ and FAR's "we are fully disclosed" stance, although I am puzzled I'll back FAR's Board on this one.

As to your negative position on FAR and its outlook, I'm genuinely interested to hear what you have to say as long as its substantiated. The fact that you are shorting it is neither here nor there and, to your credit, you are quite open about that. So how about you put forward your calculations (SNE/Gambia/PE xm bbl @ $y, worst case, best case etc) and maybe leave out the snide remarks and I'd be very interested to see them.
