Not knowing if and when the next CR will take place after this one, my guess is that Co will make that this one a good money spinner to keep it in funds for some time to come:

1. General with underwriting
say 1:1 share offer plus 3 shares:1 options
at exercise price of say 55c in 3 years

2. 25 million shares
8.3 million options

3. 19.5c

(also note that this placement figure is just below the original initial opening price when the Co first listed)
