So, assuming WFL actually did raise some capital (who would know, they aren't letting us know anything), here and overseas, do they now need to return the money and perform a new capital raise for the new direction?

Here's a hypothetical answer to your question...pp might have already used your $50k on gold leaf toilet paper instead of the TBB takeover since that wasn't happening. Sources say his a hole is getting smoother by the day.
