Can any with M&A shed light on the cost with "boutique advisory firms" in selling and/or closing 10 international businesses? I would of thought besides the commission on success of sale, monthly retainer fees, legal/accountant/marketing fees etc. would not put a huge dent in their $78.5m (as of Dec31) or at least until the sale(s) successful?
