According to MorningStar report, "tripling of shares issued" (currently 768m) implies an approx. 38% discount (at current share price 0.53) would be 32.5c share (equaling 2.3 billion shares) and a 200% dilution on top to receive $500m. I think we will see some ceasing notices of substantial holders from the Top 20 if Morningstar forecast is right. I think they'll do smaller CR to keep in the game at least, but just imo.
