Usually with cap raises, the sp already declines prior to the raise as those involved already know what the raise price is, which is usually at a discount. Yesterday however we saw a mad rush to get in and the sp appreciated to close to day highs, which wouldn't suggest a discounted price.
My guess it could be a $4 plus raise, together with the news that they have state forest access to get into Hartog....That would justify the mad rush to get in.
