Hanse - like you, I have a significant number of shares, and although my own position is OK due to the price at which I bought them, I have friends who bought recently, and who are devastated to see the share price slammed by insider trading.
I have no doubt that this was pure insider trading and manipulation, and I hope that Arafura DO read these forums, although what good that will do is anyone's guess.
But if ASIC, in their quest for some better publicity than they've been getting recently, actually do get around to pursuing this, then ARU could be tarnished with the smell of corruption and insider trading accusations.
There is NO way that anyone will convince me that the last two days' trading was pure coincidence!
As someone else said - it's not the cap raising per se that is the problem... it is the completely blatant insider trading that has occurred.. Yes, I know that is a serious accusation to make, but I'd be happy to be proved wrong.
