I can't help but add my comment too (just in case anyone with any semblance of conscience in a position of authority is reading this stuff) - it's annoying that this sort of blatant insider trading can happen in a supposedly First World economy. Management should take some responsibility too by making sure the broker who was given the mandate to raise the capital is given a very long holiday. For goodness sake, we the shareholders, are the owners of this company!
