WOW since last night the PGI thread has become like a school playground.

We have even recruited a new poster. It seems this poster stomps his feet and throws his rattle every time he touches the keyboard.

A suggestion for every time you wish to post on the PGI thread is to scroll to the top of the page and ensure you are indeed on the PGI thread. IF your post includes other stock codes you are posting on the wrong thread. This means your post is irrelevant to all discussion on this thread. Especially comparing oil and gas with gold which seems to be the main issue.

Anyway back to the cap raise thread.

On 19/8/2013 there was an announcement that included this line:

" Of the funds received from CAMIF, US$5million will be applied to upgrades and additional critical spares for the process plant at Las Lagunas to maintain plant availability. Approximately US$2.5million will be reserved for exploration expenditure on the company's concessions in the Dominican Republic, and the balance of US$2.5million retained for general working capital."

I Would look at this 2.5million being utilised for the additional capital being needed by end of April. For the remaining 2.5million I would look to it being raised within institutions or CAMIF. Would be surprised if stuck hand out to shareholders at current price for $2.5million.

As for the next $5million to be raised later in the year that has plenty of options also. But hopefully we back up to 0.10 by then so at least dilution is reduced.

    Goldie
