Don't talk about the raise just done, that's not a raise that's an embarrassment. The stock needs to raise again in the next month. One thing is for sure, we have more money in the tin than you and you've just completed a raise, that says a bit. I'm quite confident MOZ will be able to raise substantial capital through decent channels.

I received the term sheet from Patersons, you were looking to raise $400k with circa $150k cornerstoned.

Did not raise a dime. Put it in perspective, 400 advisors nationwide, lord knows how many thousands of clients that represents between them and not a penny.

And you tell me it's world class?

Patersons walked just like Bells before them. All in all probably the best part of 1000 investment professionals who look at this type of stuff all day haven't touched it.
