With agressive plans to push into the US and open a subsidiary, I'd say a raise was essential for growth!
I have no doubt that there will be positive announcements before we get to that, otherwise there wouldn't be a need for one, nor an office in the US.
PSY are on the cusp of releasing some very positive news in my opinion.
