I hope that is true - If they don't want to be diluted they need to be conservative with their cash until they can get the tech working and avoid a capital raising (which as far as I can tell they have been so far). They will also need to price much higher this time next year when shares are getting close to coming out of escrow. I'm happy to hold this one to see what happens.
