Ps. This placement has been in the works for sometime … a lot of “smart money” bought this in the 1.2c -> .08c range, and sold in the 2c -> 2.4c range, and will now be invited as sophisticated investors to be issued with shares and free attached options (only to use their free carried profits) and come what may over the next year.
Eg. Bought 10k-50k in the low range and sold 20k-120k, and will use profits only portion in the placement (10-50k). If you don’t believe that-> then like me you are a ‘shareholder’/puppet.
Our friends with the off market sale at .008c … remember? Yep all involved in the placement this round … plus a few others using profits only, from the pump to 2.4.
Only good thing, CPS will take credit for having sticky investors, hence there won’t be much selling pressure as it’s mostly free carried profits IMO only!!
GLTAH, tomorrow and beyond. I like wangle, the rest is just part of the BS that comes with penny stocks and how real money is made at this end.
