I think we can all agree there’s more that matters in life than making money. Volunteer work, helping others, saving the kids are all honourable. The market, however, is not about being honourable. The only thing that matters in the market is MAKING MONEY, it’s only about numbers.
The maths doesn’t lie and the dilution for SHs in the recent deal(s) represents a right royal shafting. It is what it is
The lender, placement are not charities. Obviously they’re only about making money for themselves. Musings along the lines of they’ll play to align with the interests of SHs = lotions, potions, Disallowed and flick of a switch type stuff. They eat numbers in their sleep.
Maths and money, know the former and the you’ll make the latter.
