I don't believe a CR is required. Management just have to increase video acceptance rates. I believe they agreed to set the pool limit at $20m because this amount is achievable.
If none of this came out in the AFR I'm wondering whether we would have ever found out about the finance agreement.
I believe it comes down to the app. When the platform is widely used video acceptance will increase exponentially.
