I disagree with your first point.
The investigation from ASX/ASIC will absolutely provide an outcome in terms of how BIG should be accounting for their cash, loans, revenues etc. I'm pretty sure they will be forced to restate with a more conservative approach to customer receipts and the business will be revalued accordingly.
