I'd think it is ripe for a capital raise. $2m in the bank and the intention to turn things back on.
I think I saw that the capital costs for black swan were expected to be $22.6m, for a two year mine life as it stands, producing 147kt of 6% ore. Which is a DSO, so low return also.
given the need for a further 22m, with no current production, what is their other option in the near term?
