Capital raise needed soon.
They had $1.8m cash end of June.
I calculate they will have:
~$1.7m end of Sep
~$800k end of Dec
I reckon they need cash by Dec as they will burn about $1.6m in the last quarter (winter) and $850k of that in Jan when they have to make another payment to Pro Ag.
The problem is they really need to raise more than the current market cap just to last another season in my opinion, so there will be massive dilution.
