You just don't get it, do you? "I heard" is not information - it is unsubstantiated rumor - and when it is heavily slanted in one direction, it is ramping - plain and simple.

And still, your "well researched study" cannot (or will not) answer my simple question - I repeat:

Has RCE filed for, or received, IND approval - the precursor to ANY Phase I trials? If, as you say the company has declared this - please, show us when and where?

I have no interest in ramping, down-ramping, or influencing anyone's investment decisions - but this is a crucial question that any prudent shareholder would want to know the answer to - especially, ME.

Of course, those with their head in the sand, paranoid about anything that puts unwelcome (to them) information in the spotlight, will shout 'Down-ramper' and try to shoot the messenger. But I'm sure they will eventually find the success they deserve.
