It may be tax loss sale now (coupled with herd behaviour) but mismanagement was the cause of the lower share price in the first place IMO. Other oil companies bounced significantly from their recent lows. AJQ keeps going down. Capital was raised recently but the share price wouldn't go down this low this quickly if people were not upset with the performance of the company IMO. Having said that it may recover if the management can turn things around.
