The share price action is suspicious. I have seen this so many times as the institutions that have been allocated the raising pump up the share price just before the capital raising announcement. Ultimately CTM should have raised at much higher prices; nevertheless better than WEB and FLT who raised at the very bottom.
CTM's cash flow analysis was based on return to some degree of normalcy by September. As I have said previously, this is looking more and more like fantasy There must be pressure from their bankers to raise capital. .
I am surprised that Joe Aston has backed off on CTM. That is a story in itself.
I also wonder as to how VGI are positioned here, are they still short?
I am still happy to have gotten out at 12.
