If you intend to stay with CTO you would be most foolish not to takeup the offer. The only thing that bothers me is that even with the increased price for gold I see no positive movement in CTO's S/P. Was this possible share dilution predicted by shareholders? I have only been a holder for 6 months but this share offer sounds like an annual event, is this correct and will it continue?
