certainly an interesting development........ i had heard (and as such, cannot substantiate), that Daniel and Hongmen had approached SIS to cornerstone this.....it wasnt a raise out of desperation, more, two investors wanting to get set whilst things were quiet....i was surprised to see the directors throw more in, which adds more confidence, and, the addition via Fresh was also an approach by investors.....
i'm surprised by the total amount, but that will give the company plenty of runway....most intriguing will be the move by Hongmen, and what involvement they will take.....most curious indeed....
