    At the current cash burn rate a Capital Raise is inevitable in the near term.

    IMO they will go sooner rather than later probably
    $5ish million less the 300-500k in fees. that should get ESS 12months of Li exploration cash.

    Can only hope they don’t squander the little remaining cash they have on acquisitions.
