$5ish million less the 300-500k in fees. that should get ESS 12months of Li exploration cash.

Can only hope they don’t squander the little remaining cash they have on acquisitions.

I guess an even worse outcome would be to issue a bucketful of discount stock for a piece of previously explored ground.
