..and, as i recall, NDC (the losers who recommended Caspian) are suing on the basis that they should get a greater share of Tancoal for free - apparently based upon some "gentleman's agreement" that never happened!! Hate to say it but the Tanzanian dream is over for IEC and it's gold or bust!!
