This is amazing and the placement would give a boost to the project with $ +7m and the price is above the market trading price boosts the confidence of the current shareholders.
With an amazing quaterly report and an almost a pre-pfs study in the report, this for sure is gearing up for something big .
With Q2 ann due about PFS and a "strategic investor" investor interest just before the results would certainly reinforce the shareholders interests and help the SP to soar.
