It’s good that strategic investor is coming but I find it little strange that the news is leaked in the media before announcing via ASX. I would have thought there would be TH before announcing the CR. I hope MGT is not in breach of their continuous disclosure obligations.

It is certainly good news. The strategic investor would have certainly done their DD before investing. Anyone who does a little research on the company would know straight away that it is way under valued. Yet we see some so called charting expert saying it is heading to 3.5c without any substantiation and completely wrong assumption and some others saying they are the only one correct. Good luck down rampers. We are heading one way that is up. I don’t care if the SP comes down to 5c or even 4.5c in the short term as this will be an opportunity to load up more cheap. I don’t think it will come down to that level.
