I am here bro,was a bit busy. Anyway, dats a brilliant news, cap raise by soph investors around 8m, low cost and quick in process without any third party, at a premium. It would be interesting to see market reaction to that. In short term probably the price would fall a bit but not much in reaction to the dilution in share holding but would revert back soon. Though its not a massive dilution, must be around 140M i.e. around 5% of existing SOI. Make sure you hold tight. CR at premium suggests me strong bullish sentiment both internally and externally for MGT (IO price etc).

Premium also suggest me that the DD the soph investors must have completed prior to their
participation. This is certainly a good news.

Timing: The management probably think it is the best time to raise funds. SP is high and the value is certainly there, with PFS due in Q2. Again, excellent timing from companies perspective IMO.

Trading halt tomorrow? Not sure on this.
