Absolutely lost at your meaning to posting that but which part does anyone need somebody to explain , the cash amount paid for several license interests/ percentages or the fact it highlights words "free carry" pointing towards whoever is the major holder or operator of each block , which in case of PEL 87 is PCL , then what part of my thinking that PCL need to consider and establish a forward plan to achieve better terms farming out through enhanced capital structure is open to criticism from your point of view pup?
