Construction costs are blowing out as freight schedules out of China are behind as the freight isnt coming into Fremantle but via Hedland or uncontested ports. They also didnt factor in a lay down area to receipt the modules. Costs are blowing out due to shipping delays, fuel increases and COVID staffing levels.
