Completely different!!! A third of the the company Market Cap ($30M) disappeared!!!!!! So they get marked down by 1/3 immediately of course, then a massive discount to that for all the red flags that raises, and do a CR at a 77% discount to last trade. Not comparable in any way whatsoever.
