re: capital raising @ 22 cents/dpa Totally agree that it is a good thing for the company.
Their cash position has not been flash for a while and the issue is not overly dilutionary.
In part it explains the recent announcement-which was in a positive tone but a bit premature in terms of detail.
Good luck to them-the journey they are on is not a cheap one and there is not too many more frustrating things to shareholders than an underfunded but prospective programme. The price gets slashed and thats when you get significant dilution.
A similar argument applies to all the other juniors going to the stratoshere. Raise the easy money whilst it is there and get on with it.
