    With speccie miners there are a few givens...all the rest is spec

    One given is they go with cap in hand for funds

    Now...with a share price at 23c and a offer at 22c.....that is the nearest to parity i can EVEN remeber

    Seems a good deal and really it dilutes a meaningless amount given
    a.the # of shares now out
    and
    b.what MS may be wortht!!

    I'm in....again!!!

    Goes nicely with my 150,000 taso (1.2c)
