Regarding the CR @ 2c, could someone clarify the process for me?...

Regarding the CR @ 2c, could someone clarify the process for me? I have never been involved with a CR only purchasing shares through online trading account.

I would assume:
* Prospectus released December 16th
* Existing shareholders can apply to buy @ 2c with 1:1 ratio based on current # of shares they hold
* Application is sent via mail with payment ( maybe cheque or EFT)
* Upon re-quotation on 15th Feb, shares added to online portfolios (I'm guessing based on details filled in on application form)

1) How will our applications be processed? First in, best dressed?
2) Will large investors gain priority in placement with retail investors being processed last? I.e What's the chances all 150mio shares will be soldout? From what I have read here the top 20 will own a lot of the current 241 mio shares.... does anyone know the amount they own? I would assume they would want to increase their positions and reduce dilution.
