Basically what is going on here, is a new company is being constructed.

The past business model is dead and buried.

In due course it will probably attract a completely new range of investors.

I say this with no ill will intended, but it appears the previous investors in the original OBJ business model are not on the radar for the new regime.

It is beginning again with a range of irons in the fire and it would seem they are getting all the ducks lined up before making a serious assault on the market with products and a cash backing to support future developments.
