One of the larger shareholders should request a share movement report for the last few weeks of trading as it sure seems like some insiders knew about this in advance and together with the lack of full disclosure in the 4c was done to ensure the cap raise would successfully raise the funds and why wouldn’t it when they had opportunity to sell out to have the funds available for the cap raise. Without that inside knowledge I don’t think there would have been appetite from new investors to participate. Then get a share movement report once the new shares are issued and check over to see just how many new shares allocated went to the very same shareholders who just sold out.
