If this BOD is seriously concerned about this company and had ‘belief’ in it WHY would they NOT loan the company this amount of money at zero % interest, (they could make it a secured debt), think about that!
Perception would be what IF they had done this?, ..... would ‘hazard’ a guess and say 100% the opposite to what it has created now. Never seen something that so smacks of ‘self interest’ as has been displayed here.
