For 200 mill you will get a few camels and guys with shovels. I was personally involved with the McArthur river expansion which cost 750 mill and was stage 1 of 3. There are also hundreds of sacred sites in the area (27 on the McArthur river mine lease alone) as well as privately owned roads and mandatory local town contributions.
The fact that they own 51% of the current joint venture has no bearing on the next step should exploration go well. A micro company can simply not raise it half of the billion required.
I am not being negative here, in fact I am expecting good results. McArthur river mine is one of the richest producing mines in the world. Just not sure what Pmy will do with the giant nugget they might dig up
