I reckon it will be announced as early as this week.
However I think it will have an opposite effect of your way of thinking.
I believe it will show confidence in the stock and actually keep running from the announced capital raise SP figure, wheather it be 40 cents, 45 cents or even 50 cents.
Just my opinion I'm no broker. DYOR
