beware! I have seen this so many times recently...
A company stringing shareholders along with the promise of some upcoming positive announcement....
It goes on for weeks gets delayed and then wham! on goes the trading halt and they announce a capital raising..
When the TH is lifted the stock usually falls by at 20%..if your lucky!!!!
watch out for large orders placed on the bid, high volume and the SP not moving up much by the close.....insiders offloading!!!
